Millions of passengers worldwide move through travel terminals and on occasions queue for hours to buy tickets or go through check-in and security. Business travellers & consumers both suffer from limited information displays, with static signage and promotional material. There is increasing pressure form the airlines for airport operators to provide a better experience for their customers.
