The event, which took place from 7 – 9 June 2006, attracted hundreds of exhibitors from around the world and was attended by more than 28,000 professionals from over 80 countries who came to see the newest technologies for audio, video, digital signage and display projection.

Andy Holmes, Commercial Director of Screen Technology, flew out to be at the show, which was used as the platform for the launch its new ITrans Modular displays, to meet new customers and distributors.

The ITrans Modular system took centre stage during the event, attracting a lot of attention from end users keen to harness the benefits of a display system that combines high resolution with video quality images coupled with pin-sharp clarity and unparalleled scalability.

ITrans Modular is a 34” building block designed to be seamlessly tiled together in the construction of completely mullion free tiled displays. Fibre optic edges make contact from one module to another to create screen sizes in excess of 80 inches with no upper limit and none of the disadvantages – sub pixilation and image break up- associated with some LEDs and plasma displays when viewed too close.
